DELIVERY & RETURNS

We offer free Standard FedEX shipping to any US address. Please contact us for inquiries on international shipping. Expect shipment to arrive in 3-5 business days.

We only offer free shipping within the continental United States using FedEX as our preferred shipper. We can ship to most countries, but the customer is responsible for shipping and customs costs. Please contact us prior to placing your order if requesting international shipping. If you have a special request, please contact us, and we will do all we can to accommodate you. If an item is in stock and the order is placed before 12PM EST, the item usually ships same day. If placed after 12PM EST and an item is in stock, it usually ships the next business day.

Returning an Item:

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your order and Sette products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return 90 days after delivery for a full refund. We will also be happy to arrange an exchange, if necessary. Products may be returned by simply initiating the return by email (concierge@setteneckwear.com) or telephone (1-866-753-5777) within 90 days of delivery. Please ensure the original or equivalent packaging is used - original paperwork should be enclosed and marked clearly “Return for Refund.” Postage on returns, refunds and exchanges will only be refunded unless item is defective. Please allow us 2-4 weeks from the time we receive your item to process your return.
